Brandi Green RMT
Brandi offers the kind of care people exhale into, the kind you look forward to at the end of a stressful day, week, month, or season of life. Her treatments create a safe, cozy environment where patients can soften, feel supported, and experience what it’s like to be truly cared for. Many of the people she works with are caregivers themselves, often putting everyone else first. Brandi holds the space where they can finally land. She gives her patients the same quality of care she would want for herself: respectful, attentive, and rooted in presence.
How Brandi Works:
Brandi’s treatments are calm, intuitive, and guided by what your body needs that day. She blends flowing, rhythmic massage with forearm and elbow techniques inspired by a lomi-lomi style offering depth without overwhelm, and pressure that meets your body rather than forcing it. She prefers hands-on work over tools, choosing to feel and respond to the tissues directly. Whether you’re navigating chronic tension, an acute injury, or the slow build-up of stress, Brandi works with your system instead of against it.
Her Current Curiosity:
Brandi is especially interested in the relationship between mental health, stress, and how the body holds these experiences. This curiosity shapes the way she listens, treats, and adapts care to support the whole person.
Outside the Clinic:
Brandi is a devoted mama and adventure-creator. If she’s not in the clinic, she’s likely packing up the SUV and heading out with her kids to explore another corner of Vancouver Island - chasing markets, local music, community events, and any opportunity to meet new people along the way. Born and raised on the Island, Brandi left for a time to experience mainland life, but the pull home was strong. Now that she’s back, she’s committed to seeing every inch of this place she loves.

Liz Kerr
Liz supports people navigating persistent pain, burnout, and patterns of stress that don’t always make sense but are deeply felt in the body. Her approach is fascia focused and nervous system informed, blending massage therapy, acupuncture, and craniosacral therapy to address both symptoms and root causes.
Each treatment is grounded in a strong foundation of anatomy, physiology, and evidence informed care. Years of continued study fuel her fascination with how the body moves, adapts, and heals. She proudly embraces her inner anatomy nerd and brings that precision and curiosity into every session.
In addition to hands on care, Liz offers microneedling + acupuncture treatments for skin health, supporting concerns such as scarring, texture changes, and overall skin vitality through a holistic, whole body lens. By combining collagen stimulation with traditional acupuncture principles, these treatments address both surface level concerns and the internal systems that influence skin resilience and repair.
Whether you’re feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or simply ready to move and feel better, Liz creates sessions that are thoughtful, grounded, and deeply human.
Outside the clinic, you’ll likely find her on a trail, in the ocean, traveling abroad, or enjoying strong coffee with her dog close by.
